This paper focuses on a new type of migration, involving the children of Moroccan origin. We can account for some 2,000 children of foreign origin in Moroccan protection systems. The number is really small compared with those in other European countries and the controversy raised about this group, especially in Catalonia, Madrid, Andalusia and the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla. Why is this feeling of "collapse" as advocated by some of the systems for protecting children from different Autonomous Communities? Why is this image of "dangerousness" held many of the media about these children?
