Publication on African women’s freedom of information available online

A publication available online aims to engage key stakeholders including journalists in enhancing freedom of information in the Africa region. The project aims to demonstrate the relevance of freedom of information in the promotion of women’s rights. Research was conducted in Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa and Zambia. The study was supported by UNESCO and the African Women’s Development and Communication Network (FEMNET).
