Women Peace Writers Program accepting applications

International women writers whose work focuses on peace can apply for an eight-week residency in San Diego, California. The program covers all travel, accommodation and living costs during the program. Peace Writers will stay on campus at the University of San Diego.

The Women Peace Writers Program, sponsored by the Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace & Justice, pairs writers with activists, called “PeaceMakers” to document their story of living in conflict and building peace in their communities. To read more about the PeaceMaker program, click here.

Candidates must have a graduate degree or be enrolled in a graduate program. Candidates must also have excellent skills in written English.
