A media workshop was held in Islamabad on 22 February aimed at developing expertise on the rights of children as well as child protection issues, in the context of professional reporting on children.
Journalists from 22 news organisations attended the session which was organised by the media development organisation Intermedia with the support of UNICEF.
It is the first in a series of training sessions to be held throughout the country.
